At Chroemipale LLC, we provide professional pet consultation services, including health advice, behavior training guidance, and curated resources. Since our services are based on consultations and digital content, our refund and cancellation policies differ from those of physical products.


Service Cancellations

  • You may cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, but we may offer the option to reschedule.

  • If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and non-refundable.


Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and digital resources are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Completed consultation sessions.

  • Digital resources, guides, or training materials once delivered.

  • Membership or subscription fees already used in part.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered in special cases, such as:

  • Technical issues preventing you from receiving the service.

  • Errors on our side (e.g., wrong material provided, double billing).


Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, since processing time can vary.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at specialty@chroemipale.pro.


Gifted Services

  • If a consultation or service was purchased as a gift and provided directly to you, you may receive a credit for rescheduling or equivalent services.

  • If the gift was purchased and delivered to the original buyer, any refund will be issued to the gift giver.
